Symbolicca is not an online marketplace. It is an atelier where every handbag is introduced personally before it begins its journey to its new home. We believe that choosing a piece inspired by a cherished memory should be as meaningful as the memory itself.
Every Symbolicca creation deserves to be appreciated before it becomes yours.
Rather than purchasing from a shopping cart, each piece is presented to you personally through a private video appointment via Zoom, Google Meet, Telegram, or another convenient platform. During this presentation, you will be able to see the handbag from every angle, appreciate its craftsmanship, discuss its details, and ask any questions before making your decision.
Once you are completely satisfied and choose to proceed, payment is made and your order is carefully prepared for shipment.

Once your selection has been made, your Symbolicca Piece will be carefully prepared, beautifully packaged, and sent on its journey to its new home.
Returns
As every Symbolicca handbag is handcrafted from textile materials and handled personally during the presentation process, all sales are final.
For hygiene and quality assurance, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been paid, confirmed and shipped. Every Symbolicca piece is a singular creation. We do not replicate designs, mass. produce or utilize automatic check outs. To maintain the integrity of the textile art, and ensure an exclusive acquisition process we operate strictly as virtual atelier. Shipping fees may vary depending on location.
